Trauma

Healing Is Possible—You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone

Trauma can leave invisible wounds—shaping how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. You may find yourself stuck in survival mode, struggling with emotions that feel too big or numbness that feels too heavy. Whether your trauma comes from a single event or years of experiences that told you your needs didn’t matter, your pain is real—and your healing matters.

I work with people healing from:

  • Childhood trauma or emotional neglect

  • Abuse (emotional, physical, sexual)

  • Relational trauma and attachment wounds

  • Religious or spiritual trauma

  • Birth trauma or medical trauma

  • Generational and systemic trauma

  • Ongoing trauma from high-stress or unsafe environments

Trauma is not just what happened to you—it’s also what happened inside of you as a result. The good news is, healing is possible, and it doesn’t have to happen alone.

My Approach

I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where your nervous system can begin to feel safe again. Together, we’ll work at your pace to gently explore your story, reconnect with your body, and make sense of the parts of you that have had to protect you for so long.

My trauma work is grounded in:

  • Attachment theory and inner child work

  • Neuropsychotherapy
  • EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Parts work, or IFS (Internal Family Systems)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Your Story Is Not Too Much. Your Healing Is Welcome Here.

You are not broken. What happened to you matters—but it does not define you. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to heal. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.
