Come As You Are—Your Identity, Your Brain, Your Truth Are Welcome Here
You deserve a space where your identity and neurotype aren’t just accepted—they’re honored, respected, and celebrated. If you’re neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or both, you may have spent much of your life navigating systems or relationships that made you feel like you had to shrink, mask, or explain who you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can breathe and be your full self—without judgment, without performance, and without apology.
I work with clients who are:
-
Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent

-
Exploring or affirming their gender or sexuality
-
Coming out, transitioning, or navigating identity in relationships
-
Processing religious, medical, or systemic trauma
-
Exhausted by masking or internalized shame
-
Seeking support that doesn’t pathologize who they are
-
Craving a space to unlearn, rebuild, and reclaim their voice
My Approach
My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming. That means I see your identity, neurology, and lived experience as valid and worthy of celebration. That means I show up with curiosity, humility, and joy in difference. I offer a space that is collaborative and tailored to what safety looks like for you.
Here’s what you can expect:
-
Flexible, sensory-considerate, and nonjudgmental sessions
-
Support with unmasking, self-advocacy, and identity work
-
Understanding of how trauma, oppression, and identity intersect
-
Space to grieve, celebrate, process, or just exist without performance
-
Empowerment to reclaim your narrative, your needs, and your joy
You Don’t Have to Shape-Shift to Be Worthy
You were never “too much.” You were never broken. Therapy can be a space where you stop surviving and start becoming—your full, beautiful, expansive self. However you move through the world, you are welcome here. And more than that—you are celebrated.
